Women & Minority Business Enterprise Fair Call for Vendors May 2, 2023 | 4:00PM–7:30PM | One Logan Square, Phila., PA, 19103 Deadline to apply: Tuesday, April 25th Thank you for your interest in participating in ULI Philadelphia's Women & Minority Business Enterprise Fair! This program is an opportunity to showcase your business and collaborate with other WBEs and MBEs in a fair-like setting to foster connections across our industry and spur new relationships we hope may further the efforts of fostering an equitable city. If you are interested in being one of the vendors at this fair, please complete the form below. DETAILS Formal certification is not a requirement to participate as a vendor in the Fair. Each vendor will be provided a 6-foot table and one chair. Please specify in the form below if you need additional chairs. Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands for their table, though please note displays are not required to participate as standard signage for your table will be provided to all vendors. Music or other audio displays are not permitted. Business cards are encouraged, if available. Outlets are available but are limited. Please specify in the form below if you will need outlet access. Vendors may have access to the space as early as 3:30PM through 8:30PM. The event will formally run from 4:00–7:30PM. We request vendors to participate for the full duration of the program. Please indicate in the form below if you have any scheduling conflicts with the above times. Vendors will be provide 1 complimentary ticket to the program. Additional tickets can be purchased online here until Sunday , April 30th at midnight. Following your submission of the form below, ULI staff will confirm with all accepted vendors 1 week prior to the program.
